Responsibilities may include:

Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities and routines Engaging with children in a positive, caring, and age-appropriate way Assisting with activities, snack time, transitions, and classroom organization Encouraging children's independence, curiosity, and social-emotional development Helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and nurturing classroom environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required At least 2 years of experience working with young children in early childhood education, childcare, or a related setting Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in different classrooms as needed A positive and caring approach to working with children Montessori experience is a plus, but not required Why Work With Us?
