The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young learners. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes early childhood development and literacy education. Create lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods, including Montessori approaches, to cater to diverse learning styles. Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all children. Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies and behavior management techniques. Foster communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development, maintaining strong relationships with families. Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress, including standardized testing when applicable. Engage in physical education activities that promote health and well-being among students. Collaborate with other educators to enhance classroom experiences and share best practices in teaching methodologies. Experience Proven experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is highly desirable. Background in early childhood education or related fields is essential, with specific experience in toddler care preferred. Familiarity with childhood development principles and effective classroom management strategies is required. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and tutoring is advantageous. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
