Job Overview We are excited to invite passionate and energetic Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Flex Teachers to join our vibrant team! Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence. Support children's early intervention needs by adapting activities for children with special education requirements. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques. Collaborate with colleagues and families to monitor each child's progress using assessments and standardized testing tools. Engage in lesson planning that aligns with early childhood education standards such as Montessori or other educational philosophies. Maintain accurate documentation of children's development and daily activities to support ongoing learning goals. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy or math education is highly desirable. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention programs. Ability to create engaging activities that support physical education and overall child welfare. Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is a plus; Montessori experience is an advantage.
