POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Aide supports adults with special needs through daily activities, including crafts, community outings, and life skills development. This role includes observing and reporting participant progress, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and transporting participants in an Agency vehicle for community-based activities.
Schedule:
Part-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High School Diploma/GED Current driver s license with the ability to travel utilizing an Agency vehicle Ability to obtain and maintain Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification; training provided by Lifesteps First Aid and CPR certification , or ability to obtain and maintain within six months ; training provided by
Lifesteps Preferred:
One year of experience working with adults with disabilities or in a direct care position. Apply Today!
