Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional or instructional aide in a school setting Demonstrated ability to support students with diverse learning needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with teachers, staff, and students Patience, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping children succeed High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or college credits preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and supporting individualized instruction Provide one-on-one or small group support to students needing additional help Help maintain classroom order and a safe, positive space for learning Support students with assignments, behavior management, and daily routines Communicate student progress and any concerns with teaching staff and appropriate personnel Encourage engagement and participation from all students
