Job Description

Make a meaningful difference every day supporting students in a full-time, onsite contract role as a Paraprofessional. This opportunity begins immediately and continues through June 12, 2026, offering the chance to work closely with K-12 students in an educational setting dedicated to behavioral and academic support.
Responsibilities include:
Providing 1:1 assistance to students needing individualized support across educational and behavioral needs Addressing elopement issues and utilizing effective behavioral management strategies Assisting with daily living skills, including toileting and diapering as needed Collaborating with teachers and staff to support students with special education (SPED) needs Adapting to changing student requirements in a dynamic school environment Maintaining clear, professional communication with faculty and caregivers Qualifications and desired experience: School-based experience required, ideally with behaviorally challenged and SPED students Capable and comfortable with a diverse K-12 caseload in an urban setting High school diploma required CPR certification (link can be provided if needed) Able to obtain/complete all Pennsylvania clearances Reliable transportation for punctual daily attendance Willingness to complete references and participate in a Zoom interview Transparent disclosure of district as part of application process Candidates who match these requirements and show a strong fit will receive onboarding priority.
