Key Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional or aide in a school setting preferred Passion for working with elementary and/or middle school students Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families Ability to assist with behavior management and individualized student needs Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced classroom environment Reliable, compassionate, and committed to supporting student success

Primary Responsibilities:

Work closely with teachers to assist in classroom instruction, activities, and supervision Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral strategies Monitor student progress and document observations as needed Encourage student engagement and foster a positive learning atmosphere Support classroom routines, transitions, and organization throughout the school day
