Job Description

STS is now hiring Paraprofessionals and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for the 2026-2027 school year! We have multiple positions available within the Columbia Borough School District (CBSD), including opportunities at:

Columbia Middle School Columbia High School Park Elementary School Pay:

$15.40-$17.50 per hour, depending on the position and qualifications. Position Overview Paraprofessionals/PCAs work alongside students and school staff to provide support throughout the school day. Responsibilities may include assisting students with academic, behavioral, social, and/or daily living needs while helping create a safe and supportive learning environment. We're Looking For Dependable and responsible individuals Patient, caring, and supportive team members Strong communication and interpersonal skills Individuals who enjoy working with children and supporting their educational needs Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus Multiple openings are available for the 2026-2027 school year.
