Qualifications and Experience:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a related support position within schools is highly desirable Ability to build rapport with students and work collaboratively with teaching staff Excellent communication skills and patience when working with individuals with diverse learning needs Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic academic setting High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or related certifications preferred Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school policies

Key Responsibilities:
