We're looking for a warm, patient, and caring Assistant Infant Teacher to join our infant room team. You'll work alongside an experienced Lead Teacher supporting the care and development of infants from 6 weeks to 12 months in a nurturing, professional environment. Assistant Infant Teacher Key Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering developmentally appropriate activities for infants Support each infant's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through responsive caregiving Handle daily infant care routines — feeding, diapering, nap routines, and crib transfers Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment Communicate daily with parents about their infant's feeding, sleeping, milestones, and activities Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing guidelines specific to infant care What We Offer No nights, no weekends, no holidays — your schedule is predictable and family-friendly $16-$18 per hour based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Childcare discount for your own children 401(k) with employer match CDA credential training provided — we invest in your professional growth Professional development and ongoing training Staff recognition and appreciation programs Quarterly staff outings Supportive, on-site ownership that is present and invested in your success Newly renovated classrooms — bright, modern, and designed for great teaching Are You a Fit? High school diploma required; ECE coursework or degree a plus Experience with infants or young children in a licensed childcare setting preferred Genuine warmth, patience, and compassion for babies and their families Comfortable with all infant care tasks including crib transfers and lifting up to 50 lbs. Collaborative team player who works well independently Availability for 9:00am-6:00pm preferred Who Are We?
