Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on classroom support to teachers and students throughout the school day Assist individual students or small groups with instructional activities and assignments Help students with organization, understanding assignments, or behavior management as directed Aid in the implementation of IEPs under the supervision of licensed staff Support teachers in preparing materials and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment Supervise students during classroom transitions, meal breaks, and outdoor activities
