SeedPod Academy is growing, and we are looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Infant & Toddler Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join our early learning team. Whether you are an experienced early childhood educator or someone with childcare experience who is ready to grow into a larger role, we would love to hear from you. At SeedPod Academy, we believe the earliest years matter. Our teachers create warm, nurturing environments where children feel safe, supported, loved, and excited to explore the world around them. What You Will Do Depending on your experience and position, responsibilities may include:
- Providing warm, attentive, and responsive care for infants and toddlers
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Supporting children's social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive development
- Participating in age appropriate learning experiences, sensory activities, music, movement, reading, and play
- Following daily routines for feeding, diapering, naps, and developmental activities
- Building positive relationships with children and families
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Communicating professionally with families and coworkers
- Working collaboratively with lead teachers and school leadership
- Following all applicable Pennsylvania childcare licensing, health, safety, and supervision requirements Who We Are Looking For We are looking for team members who are:

- Interested in learning and growing in early childhood education Previous childcare or early childhood education experience is preferred.
