What You Will Do Depending on your experience and position, responsibilities may include:

• Providing warm, attentive, and responsive care for infants and toddlers
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Supporting children's social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive development
• Participating in age appropriate learning experiences, sensory activities, music, movement, reading, and play
• Following daily routines for feeding, diapering, naps, and developmental activities
• Building positive relationships with children and families
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Communicating professionally with families and coworkers
• Working collaboratively with lead teachers and school leadership
• Following all applicable Pennsylvania childcare licensing, health, safety, and supervision requirements Who We Are Looking For We are looking for team members who are:

• Able to build meaningful relationships with young children
• Interested in learning and growing in early childhood education Previous childcare or early childhood education experience is preferred.

Candidates will be considered for Teacher or Assistant Teacher positions based on education, qualifications, and experience. Candidates must meet applicable Pennsylvania childcare employment requirements and be able to obtain all required clearances and documentation. What We Offer
