We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Program Aide to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a structured Adult Day Program. In this role, you will help participants build daily living skills, engage in meaningful activities, and foster independence in a safe, supportive environment. This position requires creativity, flexibility, and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Assist adults with IDD with daily routines, personal care, and mobility as needed
Lead and support group and individual activities focused on life skills, social skills, and recreation
Encourage independence, positive behavior, and active participation
Adapt activities to meet individual needs and abilities
Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
Document participant progress and communicate with team members
Maintain a clean, organized program space and assist with setup and cleanup
