Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar support role within schools Understanding of child development and classroom management strategies Patient, compassionate, and adaptable with strong communication skills Ability to assist students with a range of learning needs, including one-on-one or small group instruction Reliable and able to collaborate effectively with teachers and other education professionals High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in educational support preferred

Key Responsibilities:
