TriSource is seeking a compassionate and dependable 1:1 Classroom Support Staff/Paraprofessionals to join a specialized school serving students with autism and complex learning, behavioral, and developmental needs. In this role, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student within a small, structured classroom environment. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and comfortable supporting students with disabilities while helping them build academic, behavioral, social, and life skills.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:00am-4:00pm Responsibilities Provide 1:1 academic and behavioral support to a student with complex needs. Support learning activities and implement individualized educational strategies. Encourage and reinforce positive social skills and socially appropriate behaviors. Collect and maintain accurate daily student data and assist with reports as needed. Follow and implement established behavior support plans. Help create a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment. Provide crisis intervention when necessary, including the use of approved Safety-Care techniques and physical restraint only as a last resort. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to support student success. Maintain compassionate, ethical, and professional conduct at all times. Qualifications High School Diploma or Associate's Degree required. Experience working with children or individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or special education needs is preferred.
