Indiana, Pennsylvania Pay Rate $13.50 per hour.

Responsible for data entry of volunteer information Responsible for data entry of CSFP client information Responsible for data entry of all other food program information
Specific Duties:
Enter volunteer hours in spreadsheet. Enter volunteer addresses in the Access database which includes updating the information as necessary. Handle telephone calls and provide general information regarding the agency food program. Complete emergency food intakes and distribute food. Complete paperwork for monthly food pantries as assigned. Prepare correspondence, data, and other information as assigned. Complete inventory spreadsheet for fiscal by the 10th of every month. Work as a team member and maintain a positive attitude. Other duties as assigned.
Screening Criteria:
Two years or more of data entry experience preferred. Self-motivation to complete daily tasks and procedures without close supervision. Ability to follow instructions from Food Program Director. Demonstrated competency with computer operations/systems and use of application software packages such as Microsoft Office which includes Word, Access, and Excel, and be willing to learn other software programs as necessary as they pertain to this position. Ability to ensure the integrity of data entered. Good organizational skills and have the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner. Strong communication skills; both verbal and written. Willingness to work with team members to achieve desired outputs. Must have a valid PA driver's license, reliable transportation and be willing to travel in Indiana and other counties if required. Must have or be willing to obtain Motor Vehicle Report, Act 33 & 34 clearances and FBI clearance with fingerprinting. Must be able to lift to 60 pounds.
