POSITION SUMMARY
: This position provides support primarily to the English and Social Studies Department, but will also support the World Language Department as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
: Employee must have the ability to perform the following essential functions on a timely basis with or without reasonable accommodations. To successfully perform this position, a person must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Provide general clerical support to help teachers and the overall department work efficiently Copy, organize, and distribute resources and materials Assist teachers with the testing of students Supervise students as needed Maintain inventory and order supplies, materials, and equipment Receives phone and other messages, and communicates promptly Schedule teacher and department meetings Record and distribute department meeting minutes Assist with the planning and organization of student field trips This position description does not express or imply that these are the only duties to be performed by the incumbent(s) in this position. WORK SCHEDULE
: 185 days per year and 7 hours per day;
