Job Description

This full-time, on-site contract opportunity is perfect for passionate paraprofessionals interested in working alongside dedicated educators to help autistic support students thrive. You'll collaborate closely with teachers and colleagues, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and successful learning experience. In this role, you'll work from 8:50 am to 3:50 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The assignment runs through June 9, 2027, providing consistency and growth in a supportive setting. Your contribution will help create positive outcomes for students who benefit from structure, encouragement, and individualized attention.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a paraprofessional or working in a school setting, especially with autistic or special needs students Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to student-centered support Willingness to provide personal care and safety assistance as needed Ability to follow teacher directions and collaborate as part of a team CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) and CPR/First Aid trained staff are highly preferred; however, training will be offered shortly after hire if not already certified Ability to secure all required clearances prior to start (details provided during onboarding) Candidates must demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to inclusive education
