Job Summary:
This paraprofessional position will provide direct support to students receiving speech and language services via a remote/teletherapy model. The paraprofessional will assist students in accessing virtual therapy sessions, assist with transitioning students to and from therapy, ensure appropriate technology and materials are available, support student engagement and participation, and reinforce strategies and skills identified by the speech/language pathologist. This position will also support special education students in other programs as directed by the building administration. Lewistown is located approximately 35 minutes east of State College and 60 minutes west of Harrisburg. MCSD has regionally competitive salaries and benefit packages. EOE
