Key Qualifications:

Paraprofessional experience, particularly within school settings Background in behavioral health is highly preferred Strong communication skills and a compassionate, encouraging demeanor Ability to foster trust and rapport with students aged 18-22 Reliable, dependable, and collaborative approach to supporting educators and other specialists

Role Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student participating in the VTC program Implement individualized strategies based on student needs and educational goals Promote a positive classroom atmosphere, encouraging participation and engagement Collaborate closely with teachers and behavioral health staff to reinforce growth and progress Monitor student progress and contribute observations to the educational team Assist with daily activities, transitions, and skill-building exercises as needed As a valued paraprofessional, youll have the chance to truly connect with students and help them develop skills for life beyond the classroom.
