Qualifications & Experience:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional or classroom aide Direct experience in 1:1 support of students with behavioral challenges or special needs Demonstrated ability to follow behavior intervention strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families Patience, reliability, and a proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities:
