Join Cross Country Education as a dependable and compassionate Special Education Paraprofessional (PCA), supporting students across early intervention and school-age special education programs in Norristown, PA, during the 2026-2027 school year. Position Overview Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs, fostering academic, behavioral, social, and life skills development. Assist teachers with implementing individualized education and behavior support plans while promoting a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment. Support students with daily routines, classroom activities, communication, transitions, and personal care needs as appropriate to each student's individualized program. Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary staff to encourage student growth, reinforce positive behaviors, and support each student's unique learning goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience supporting children or individuals with special needs preferred Current hands-on CPR and First Aid certification required; ability to complete all required training Why Join Cross Country Education?
Competitive Pay:
