Complete reports and updates to keep our programs running smoothly. Additional Responsibilities Assist with mealtime prep. Help maintain program budgets and resources. Step in with flexibility to support other program needs as directed. Qualifications What We're Looking For A caring, patient, and dependable individual who loves working with children. Strong communication and organizational skills. Academic competency to help with K-6 homework (and willingness to learn/review Common Core Math).

Comfortable with technology:

Microsoft Office, internet use, and children's educational software. A genuine interest in education, youth development, and making a positive impact. Requirements PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI Clearances (required at hire and renewal). Completion of PA Mandated Reporter & Salvation Army KeepSAfe training. Valid PA Driver's License. Flexible availability that aligns with the Oil City School District schedule (may include daytime, after-school, or hybrid hours). Education and Experience Tutoring experience preferred. Experience working with children's programming. Working knowledge of public-school system and community resources.
