Position Summary KidsPeace is seeking Teacher Aides for immediate openings within our Residential program located in Orefield, PA. The Teacher Aide is responsible for providing overall assistance to the teacher by assisting in designing and delivering instructional systems and therapeutic treatment plans for school-age children. The Teacher Aide is also responsible to provide morning Residential assistance and supervision of students during morning and afternoon transportation. Full‑time, Monday through Friday 7:00AM - 3:00PM No Weekends! Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license preferred. Pursuant of an Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Education, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred, but not required. Responsibilities Assist the Teacher with instructional planning and implementation, keeping records, setting up activities, and any other duties deemed necessary by the teacher. Support implementation of the behavior modification system and provide crisis prevention techniques within the classroom. Provide supervision whenever necessary. Competitive pay:
