In-Home 1:1 Paraprofessional /
Academic Support Coach Hourly Rate:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Location:
Oxford, PA 19363; Onsite - In-Home Position Summary As an In-Home 1:1 Paraprofessional / Academic Support Coach, you will provide one-on-one educational and motivational support to a student in their home. You will help the student attend classes, complete school assignments, navigate online learning platforms, and stay on track academically. This role requires patience, organization, encouragement, and strong communication with the student, family, and school team. Responsibilities Schedule / Shift Shift details: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays - 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (each day) Hours per week: 9-10 Contract length: School Year Key Duties Help the student organize daily schedules, assignments, and school responsibilities Assist the student with understanding and completing homework and assigned tasks Guide the student through online or remote learning platforms Encourage attendance and participation in live classes while keeping the student focused and engaged Provide positive reinforcement and communicate progress, challenges, and concerns to parents/guardians and the supervising school team
Requirements Education Required:
High school diploma

College coursework in education, psychology, or a related field
