Qualifications:

Associates Degree; Teaching Certification preferred; strong interest in working with students; ability to work with children from a wide range of cultural backgrounds; ability to handle classroom situations with fairness and patience; demonstrated initiative and willingness to follow a teacher's direction; ability to effectively communicate with students, teachers and administrators.
