Encourage academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities
Help students with transitions, routines, and personal care, including toileting when needed
Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in special education, childcare, ABA, behavioral health, education, or a related field preferred
Comfortable assisting with personal care needs
