Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a support role within educational settings Comfortable and confident working with special education populations Must have completed all PA state clearances for school employment Ability to commute daily to the Malvern area for onsite interviews and assignments Willingness to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and staff in a multidisciplinary environment Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and adaptability essential

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in supporting students with daily classroom activities and individualized education plans (IEPs) Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing atmosphere for students with diverse abilities Provide one-on-one or small group instruction and behavioral support, as directed Communicate effectively with educators, therapists, and families to help students reach their goals Adapt strategies and interventions to suit individual student needs and help them succeed both academically and socially
