Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Montessori Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support the lead Montessori teacher in creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment that promotes the holistic development of young children. Your enthusiasm for childhood education, combined with strong communication skills and classroom management abilities, will help foster a positive learning atmosphere where children can thrive. Responsibilities Assist in implementing Montessori-based lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and overall childhood development Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and stimulating environment for children Engage with children during activities such as toddler care, preschool teaching, and early childhood education exercises Collaborate closely with lead teachers to monitor individual student progress and adapt instructional strategies accordingly Help facilitate behavior management techniques to encourage positive social interactions and emotional growth Assist with classroom routines including snack time, nap time, and transitions to ensure smooth daily operations Use technical proficiency to support educational activities, including the use of age-appropriate educational tools and resources Experience Familiarity with Montessori methods or early childhood is advantageous Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff in an educational support role Strong communication skills and patience are essential for working with young children and supporting their individual needs Join us in shaping young minds through compassionate guidance and innovative teaching support!
