Position Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Instructional Assistants to join our team in Lehigh County, 18078 . This position is 6 hours per day, 5 days per week . The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one assistance to students with diverse learning needs, supporting both academic growth and skill development. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and structured environment. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one academic support to students in the home setting. Assist students with homework assignments, test preparation, and academic projects across subjects such as math, science, English, and social studies. Implement individualized learning plans based on student strengths, needs, and learning styles. Encourage student engagement and support positive learning outcomes. Use effective instructional strategies to support comprehension and skill development. Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and educational team members regarding student progress. Maintain accurate documentation related to student performance, attendance, and observations. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure consistent educational support. Follow all Liberty Education Solutions policies, including confidentiality and child protection requirements.
