What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Human Services, or a related field preferred; Associate's degree considered with relevant experience At least one year (three years preferred) working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, emotional or behavioral disabilities, ABA, or behavioral health Experience in school-based special education, residential treatment, or mental health/crisis intervention is highly valued Strong skills in behavior management, de-escalation, and trauma-informed care Ability to stay calm and consistent in high-stress, structured environments Experience collecting data and implementing individualized support plans Reliable, collaborative, and professional work ethic Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication
