Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma required Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment Comfortable supporting students with special needs, including those who require toileting and diapering assistance Able to obtain and complete all required Pennsylvania clearances Maintain reliable transportation for consistent onsite attendance Willingness to work 1:1 within the SPED population Professional, compassionate, and patient demeanor

Key Responsibilities:
