Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Assistant Preschool Teacher/Daycare Provider! In this exciting role, you will help create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster developmental growth, social skills, and a love of learning among children. This paid position offers an opportunity to contribute to early childhood development while gaining valuable classroom experience in a supportive setting. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers with implementing daily lesson plans focused on early childhood education principles Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping maintain a safe, organized environment Engage with children through age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and developmental milestones Help prepare educational materials and crafts Foster effective communication with children, parents, and team members to ensure a healthy work environment Assist in documenting children's progress and behavior to inform ongoing support and planning Cook simple meals for the children's nourishment Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or early childhood education settings Strong classroom management skills to support a positive learning environment Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and children Demonstrated patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children during their formative years CPR, online health and safety classes required (can help you get setup with these)
