Program Aide Sharon, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22447958 Summary Sharon, PA Competitive Salary 0 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift /Full-Time Description West Central Job Partnership (WCJP) is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Program Aide to support daily operations within our PA CareerLink® centers, while contributing to a team-focused environment. Program Aide would be Full time position with benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short & long-term disability, medical FSA, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time; 403(b) with company match. Position Overview The Program Aide provides customer service, administrative and programmatic support to ensure smooth operations of West Central Job Partnership and PA CareerLink®. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, completing various computer work and handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical assistance including typing letters, organizing in and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining records of file assignments.
  • Act as backup in the Career Resource Center, as needed, assist with computer-based assessments, answering phones, and greeting customers.
  • Maintain logs and complete data entry related to career services, referrals, enrollments, and program activity.
  • Collect and record time and attendance for designated participants.
  • Maintain the CareerLink Assessment Lab and learn how to administer all assessments.
  • Become familiar with CWDS services to assist ETS staff.
  • Stay aware of center activities, agency programs, and partner staff roles to provide effective support.
  • Participate as an effective team member of West Central Job Partnership and center partner staff by participating in meetings and training sessions as required
  • Complete all other tasks assigned and directed by the Program Manager in a timely manner.
  • Exercise confidentiality in all aspects of the day-to-day functions of West Central Job Partnership and PA CareerLink®.
  • Ability to travel and attend occasional activities that may require overnight accommodations.
