Sharpsville and Farrell Area School Districts Sharpsville, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22669459 Summary Sharpsville, PA In-Person $14.00 - $14.00 per Hour 1 Months Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 21.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Part-Time / Hours May Vary Description Precision HR Solutions is partnered with the Sharpsville and Farrell Area School Districts and currently searching for "Substitute Paraprofessionals" for the 2026-2027 school year to work with students in grades PK-12. While some long-term, full-time positions are available from time to time, these positions are typically considered "day-to-day." If the candiate is available for full-time work but that's not available at one school district, the best way to work the hours closer to full-time is often by working in multiple districts. In other words, if there isn't an opening available on a particular day at one district, there may be openings in another district to help fill the candidate's schedule.

Paraprofessionals:

Assist in the reinforcement of previous instruction or to reinforce the implementation of an existing behavior plan for students as directed Assist with the development and implementation of collaborative practices to help support services for students as needed and required Assist student(s) with activities of daily living. This is not an exhaustive list of potential responsibilities. There are additional assigned duties and responsibilities as directed Pay rate:$14/hour Clearances required within the last year: PA Criminal Background Check PA Child Abuse Clearance FBI fingerprints through the Dept. of Education Act 126/31 Clearance (online Mandated Reporter training) Arrest/Conviction Record form (Act 24) and Act 168 clearance (Precision will provide these forms for the candidates to complete) Pre-employment physical and TB test required (neither should be more than 1 year old) Don't know how to get your clearances? Additional Requirements:

It is preferred candidates have some experience (at least 1 -3 months) working with children in grades PK-12. All interested candidates must have either a high school diploma or GED.
