This full-time, onsite position offers two openings, each focused on providing one-on-one support to students within a school setting. As a key part of the educational team, youll have the chance to make a significant impact on the academic and personal growth of a child during a formative stage of learning.

What youll bring:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional, ideally within a school or pediatric environment Understanding of the needs and challenges of 1:1 support for students Strong communication skills to collaborate closely with teachers and related service providers Patience, adaptability, and a positive, encouraging attitude Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment What youll do: Work one-on-one with an assigned student, providing tailored academic and behavioral support throughout the school day Assist classroom teachers in implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs) Encourage student engagement, participation, and independence Support with classroom management and assist with daily routines as needed Communicate effectively with education staff, parents, and administrators regarding student progress Help facilitate a positive, nurturing atmosphere where every student can thrive Enjoy the fulfillment that comes from helping students achieve daily successes and grow over the course of the school year.
