Job Description

We are looking for an experienced part-time Assistant Lead Preschool teacher, Mondays-Fridays 1:30-5:30pm. This position would start as soon as possible. If you are passionate about teaching children, here are some reasons to check us out:

Responsibilities Help implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. Manage classroom activities to create a safe and nurturing environment for learning. Foster effective communication with parents regarding children's progress and behavior. Utilize behavior management techniques to support positive interactions among students. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and address diverse learning needs. Observe and assess student development, providing feedback and support as necessary. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Experience as a Preschool Teacher with a focus on classroom management preferred Strong communication skills and ability to engage with children and parents Knowledge of curriculum development and early childhood learning strategies Familiarity with behavior management techniques and child development principles Experience with using apps and technology Bright Minds Preschool of the
