Key Qualifications:

Experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Specialist, or Behavioral Health Assistant in educational settings Proven expertise in managing and supporting behavioral needs in high school-aged students Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention strategies Familiarity with working one-on-one with students to achieve educational and social goals Calm, adaptable, and committed to fostering a supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Offer direct, individualized behavioral support to a high school student Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to deliver consistent strategies and interventions Monitor, document, and report on student progress and daily behaviors Support the student in both academic and social settings within the school Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all communications Whats in it for
