We're seeking ESY Instructional Assistants who are: Passionate about student success A collaborative team player Committed to continuous growth Ready to lead with heart and purpose What You'll Do The responsibility of the ESY Instructional Assistant is to support our Extended School Year (ESY) program. ESY services are designed to help students maintain critical academic, social, and behavioral skills during the summer months. Support students in achieving their individualized educational and social goals Implement instructional strategies aligned with IEPs at the direction of the ESY teacher Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective support Qualifications Current AGSD employee Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
