Duties Assist with supervising infants during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Support classroom management by organizing materials, setting up learning stations, and maintaining a clean environment Engage with children through age-appropriate play, developmental activities, and sensory experiences that promote growth Follow established routines for feeding, diapering, nap times, and other essential care practices in accordance with health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences to foster trust and collaboration Support lead teachers in implementing curriculum plans focused on childhood development and early learning milestones Adhere to mandated reporting laws and health protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures when necessary Experience Prior experience working with infants or toddlers in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting is highly preferred Knowledge of child development instruction and early childhood education principles Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies for young children Certification in first aid, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), pediatric first aid, or related health safety training is desirable Previous nannying or babysitting experience involving infant care is beneficial Ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain patience, and demonstrate excellent child supervision skills Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to fostering the growth of our youngest learners!
