Key Qualifications:

Previous experience as a school paraprofessional or 1:1 aide is highly preferred Ability to work effectively with students with autism in an educational setting Calm, patient demeanor and skilled at providing consistent support Comfortable assisting students with academic tasks and classroom activities Strong communication skills for working with teachers and staff Reliability and commitment to meeting students daily needs

Primary Responsibilities:
