Job Description

Children's Aid Society seeks Program Assistants for our new Youth Court Alliance program. Under the direct supervision of the Program Coordinator, the Program Assistant is responsible for leading the afterschool program and acting as positive mentor to students enrolled.
Typical work schedule:
Part-time (~20-hours/week), afternoon and evenings

Provide mentorship to current and former participants of Youth Court Alliance. Collect data required for proper evaluation of the program. Provide excellent classroom management and supervision of students and volunteers. Maintain confidentiality of all program related materials, clients, and cases.. Have a high school diploma or GED Have experience in volunteering for a non-profit program
Perferred:
Bilingual in Spanish and English Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
