Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Regional Principal, the Instructional Assistant assists the classroom teacher(s) in assigned instructional areas to designated student/s; interact with student/s, encourage their performance, observe progress, and meet instructional needs as they arise. The Instructional Assistant provides support to staff in working with students in various instructional programs and assists the Regional Principal and Certificated staff with administrative needs as they arise.
