This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in the medical field to inspire and mentor students, guiding them toward successful careers in healthcare. As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and fostering a learning environment that emphasizes professionalism, hands-on learning, and student success. Responsibilities Deliver curriculum content effectively to Medical Assistant students, ensuring clarity and comprehension. Mentor and guide students in developing professional skills and industry-specific competencies. Use practical experience to provide real-world insights and examples that enhance the learning experience. Promote a positive, engaging classroom environment that encourages participation and student success. Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure alignment with institutional objectives and educational standards. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the medical field. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required. CPR certification preferred but not required. No prior teaching experience required — training will be provided.
