We are seeking a dedicated, caring Nutrition Program Assistant professional who provides support in various areas of the Nutrition Program including consumer records, billing, and reporting. What you'll do: Review and update date for consumers within appropriate record systems Provide accurate reports as required by the department Assist staff in setting up intake packets and submitting/tracking PCP,ATC,NOA, and VA letters Communicate with program management regarding information related to file set up and issues with completed paperwork. Providing telephone coverage for Nutrition department , as required. Other duties as assigned What you'll bring: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills Ability to respect the workplace and providers privacy and confidentiality Ability to deal effectively with statistical and financial data Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree preferred Minimum one year of relevant experience What you'll get: The ability to work with an enthusiastic team of like-minded individuals.
