30 Hours per week (Monday - Friday) (with some hours available in the summer if desired)

Starting Pay:

$19.16 pr/hr, including bonuses

Primary Function:

Being a Relationship Manager (paraprofessional) at Success is very different than most education jobs. At Success, our paraprofessionals, who we call Relationship Managers, truly get to interact with kids without bells or lesson time constraints. At Success, our Relationship managers are treated the same as teachers, and they have time to actually do what they became educators for to make a difference in kids' lives. The primary function of the on-site virtual education Relationship Manager/ ParaPro is to foster learning for all students enrolled at that location. The Relationship Manager's job is to develop meaningful relationships with Success students and motivate all students to be successful in their coursework. At Success VCS, We Inspire Hope. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Paraprofessionals represent our school and are all students' first point of contact. Teachers and Relationship Managers are the main motivational coaches for their caseload of students. Have multiple conversations with students each week, especially students who choose not to attend in person at the learning center . Paraprofessionals assist in enrolling all prospective students. Paraprofessionals must be strong customer service leaders for students,families, and community members. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Successful Online/Alternative Education teaching experience preferred. Demonstrated understanding of the use of technology in both instructional and operational settings. Strong interpersonal and public relations skills Must exhibit a pleasant personality and positive attitude toward working with administration, staff, and community members. Evidence of ability to establish working relationships that result in mutual respect. Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and effectively. Applicant must be a self-starter , and independent thinker . It is essential in this position that the candidate is a very strong problem solver .
