Job Description
Bocha LLC is a locally owned and operated Hawaii business and looking to fill positions working within the Mililani area of Oahu. Applicants most have current RBT credentials or be willing to begin work as a paraprofessional while obtaining RBT credentials. We have an existing wonderful and talented team and we want to expand our ability to provide services to children and young adults with special needs. School Based Registered Behavior Technician Positions School Year 2026 - 2027
Hourly Rate:
$37/hourMonthly Incentives:
$400 Bonus for quarterly perfect attendance. Perfect attendance for a month results in an hourly rate increase of .25/cents. Position caps at $41/hour. Attendance months August through May.Healthcare Options:
Kaiser and HMSA. Employee cost approximately $150/month. Bocha pays approximately $450/month. 401K Plan with Bocha Match Bocha matches 50% up to 4% of employee's pay, capping at 2% of annual salary. With five-year vesting schedule as follows: 1 year of service 20% 2 years of service 40% 3 years of service 60% 4 years of service 80% 5 years of service 100% Some remote school/locations may include paid drive time. Starting pay for Paraprofessionals working towards certification $22/hour.Job Type:
