Position Description Provide support and assistance to the ATI Foundation Team, team members, and clients to accomplish program goals within cost and schedule guidelines. Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance to the business. Apply at ATI.ORG; we only accept applications submitted through our applicant tracking system. Essential Functions Assists with planning and execution of Foundation programs. Handles frequent contact within and outside the company on significant matters requiring tact, persuasion and negotiation skills. Manage calendar for Manager and maintains team and company calendars; identifies and resolves potential scheduling conflicts. Arranges meetings, conferences, video conferences, and telephone conferences, including equipment prep and testing, attendance tracking, room setup and catering, preparation of agendas and presentation materials. Coordinates meeting registrations, memberships, supplies, materials, equipment and services. Prepares and distributes correspondence, reports, technical documents, minutes, brochures, posters, press releases and other informational material. Develops sufficient program knowledge to effectively interface with team members and clients. Responsible for the data entry and maintenance of accurate records, including tracking deliverables, invoices, payments, etc. Assist with the development and maintenance of websites, social media and You Tube channels to communicate program information to the public and team members including development, updating, posting of documents and deliverables, maintaining access and password lists, e-mail lists and links to other sites.
