Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive social interactions and emotional growth. Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes learning and safety standards. Provide basic childcare duties such as diapering, infant care routines, and toddler care as needed. Support emergency procedures including first aid when necessary, ensuring the safety of all children at all times. Skills Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, or babysitting roles. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively and foster a positive learning atmosphere. Familiarity with special education needs and working with children with disabilities. Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and team members.
