Key Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role, especially within a school setting Must satisfy all Rhode Island Department of Education requirements needed to work as a paraprofessional Comfortable assisting with toileting and diaper changes as needed in a nurturing, respectful manner Strong teamwork skills—experience collaborating with other teaching assistants or educators is highly valued Compassion, patience, and adaptability when engaging with students who have diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:
